Welcome.... this website has been created to help enable people with an eating disorder to help themselves towards a successful recovery. This site contains self help exercises, as well as comforting, informative, practical information and support useful to anyone with an eating disorder together with the concerned and supportive friend or relative.
We promote understanding of how eating disorders can effect anyone, not just for the sufferer but also the carers. It is intended to positively motivate and help support those wishing to take the initial small step and decide to try and change and achieve a normal healthy happy life again.
We sympathetically explore issues relating to eating disorders and give encouraging, realistic steps to aid self help alongside other support you may already have from family, friends or professional helpers.
