Firstly we need find out what shape your body and mind is really in.  Below we have a list of questions.

Remember....  answer these questions honestly and truthfully.  It is only your life you are cheating yourself out of,  no-one elses .   It's not the shape you are, it's the shape you're in that matters !

For this activity you will need a mirror , Plain piece of paper and a pencil.

SELF TEST

Firstly look at your fingernails.

Are they nice and shiny ?
Do your nail tips appear white and strong? Or are they brittle and split?
What colour are your nails?  White/pink ? or a blue/purple colour ?
How about your hair. Is it shiny and full of body ? or is it brittle and snap easily. 
Does it fall out easily when it is brushed? 

Your tongue.

Does it have a white coating on it or is it healthy and pink? 
Now look into your eyes: are they beautifully bright or are they dull and lifeless?
Do your eyes appear to be happy eyes or worried eyes or lack lustre ?
Do your eyes have brown flecks in them ?

Your skin , this is your bodies largest organ.

Does your skin have spots and bumps, moles of various colours, liver spots of varying sizes? Whatever is represented on your skin is represented on the inside.
Do you have any evidence of jaundice (yellowish skin or eyeballs? orange skin or eyeballs?)If so, your liver may have overflowed and the toxins are trying to exit your body through your skin!
Does your skin feel dry ?
Do you feel cold ?

Internal Health.

How about your bowel movements?
Do you have movement after eating each meal or snack? (They should.)
Do you have headaches? 
Are your headaches food related  or stress related or reason unknown?
Do you have digestive troubles: discomfort or pain in your throat, stomach, intestines, or rectum? 
Are you in pain anywhere ?

Do you have a good appetite ?
Do you eat natural and wholesome foods or do you crave sweets and fast food ? 
Do you drink pure water more than you drink anything else?
Do you have habits you'd like to be rid of ?
Do you have repetitious , Obsessive, compulsive thoughts that you can't stop?

Are you full of vibrant energy, waking up each morning ready to get on with life and live it to the full creatively and relate well with those around you?
Do you feel tired ?
Do you feel physically awkward or are you agile?

Now think about how you relate to others and what you think about yourself ?

Are you outgoing? or  Do you like being alone ? 
Do you smile?  or Do you generally feel sad and lonely?
Do you feel comfortable or threatened? 
Are you excited about your future?  
Do you feel beautiful ,  smart , intelligent , caring and lovable?
Do you feel contented, warm and huggable and attractive to other people ? 
Are happy with your life and proud of your achievements ?
Are you trustworthy and honest to yourself and others around you ? 
Do others see who YOU really are ? 

Now what has the self test revealed about your outward health and your inner-self ?  Do you want to address any of these issues ?  Would it feel good to get it all out in the open ?

Being honest with yourself leads to the next step: making a plan, resolving the issue, and helping to find needed relief and comfort.  Why not admit to yourself that you do need some help.  You need to find inner peace inside yourself and remember you need to take care or yourself. 

No one else really knows you like you do ...  No one knows how you truly feel when your alone and no one else is as responsible for yourself as you are.  Don't let your life slip by.  Take action!
