1. Diary
Keep a daily record in a special diary of all meals and snacks, how ever big
or small. Record any feelings and relevant information. Note
your successes and failures again however big and small. This will help
you recognize and identify your emotions.
2. Eating Disorders Association Support Groups
Start to attend these groups where possible accompanied by a best friend or relative.
3. Positive Activities
Start to organise a weekly programme of activities. Positive activities will help

4. Meal Plan
This will help you learn and understand about normal healthy eating patterns. The aim of Meal plans is not to necessarily put on weight. It is more important to eat small amounts regularly.
5. Long Term Goal
Your long term goal is to regain confident control in all areas regarding
food , and to learn how to use "your own voice" to express how you feel
instead of listening to your inner voice and using your body to express your
feelings.
